Portbase and Cargonaut taking the lead together for open ICT platform for logistics

Logistics is one of the nine top sectors in which the Dutch government would like to further invest in order to strengthen the country’s position internationally. In each of these sectors, the government is being advised by a "top team" of experts. At the instigation of the Logistics "Top Team" the Dutch government is making an effort amongst other things to create an open ICT platform for the logistics sector. Iwan van der Wolf, the Managing Director of Portbase, and Arno Hoitink, the Executive Director of Cargonaut, explain what an open ICT platform is, how the business community will benefit even further from it, and why Portbase and Cargonaut together want to take the lead in its development.
