W\u00e4hrend unter ICS1 die Entry Summary Declarations (ENS) noch direkt bei den nationalen Zollbeh\u00f6rden eingereicht wurden, m\u00fcssen diese nun \u00fcber ein zentrales europ\u00e4isches Zollsystem \u00fcbermittelt werden: das Shared Trader Interface (STI). F\u00fcr DFDS, eine internationale Reederei mit Ro-Ro-Betrieb innerhalb und&nbsp; au\u00dferhalb Europas, waren eine sorgf\u00e4ltige Vorbereitung und eine zuverl\u00e4ssige digitale L\u00f6sung unerl\u00e4sslich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dieser Kundenbericht zeigt, wie DFDS T\u00fcrkei die internationale ENS-L\u00f6sung von Portbase bei der Umstellung auf ICS2 in Europa einsetzt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">ICS2<\/mark>: eine entscheidende Ver\u00e4nderung&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Von f\u00fcnf Standorten in der T\u00fcrkei aus \u2013 und seit November 2024 auch von Damietta in \u00c4gypten aus \u2013 unterh\u00e4lt DFDS intensive Ro-Ro-Verbindungen nach Italien, Frankreich und Griechenland. Diese Region macht fast 30\u202f % der weltweiten Aktivit\u00e4ten von DFDS aus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eFast 40\u202f% des gesamten Landtransports zwischen der T\u00fcrkei und Europa l\u00e4uft \u00fcber unsere Strecken\u201c, sagt G\u00fcrcan G\u00fclseven, Agency Manager bei DFDS T\u00fcrkei. \u201eDie Einhaltung der Zollvorschriften ist daher von gr\u00f6\u00dfter Bedeutung. Da ICS2 mehrere L\u00e4nder betrifft, musste dies vom ersten Tag an gut organisiert werden.\u201c&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit 18 bis 20 Abfahrten pro Woche aus der T\u00fcrkei \u2013 von Containern und unbegleiteten Aufliegern bis hin zu Lkw, Neufahrzeugen, Maschinen und Projektladungen \u2013 ist eine fehlerfreie Abwicklung von ENS zwingend erforderlich. Als klar wurde, dass Portbase seinen ENS-Dienst f\u00fcr ICS2 vorbereitete, beschloss das t\u00fcrkische Team gemeinsam mit den Niederlassungen in Italien und Griechenland, diese L\u00f6sung zu nutzen. Bald wird sich auch Frankreich anschlie\u00dfen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eWas uns \u00fcberzeugt hat, war die Ausgereiftheit der L\u00f6sung und die enge Abstimmung von Portbase mit der Logistikbranche, um St\u00f6rungen zu vermeiden\u201c, erz\u00e4hlt G\u00fclseven. Der Unterschied zu ICS1 war sofort sp\u00fcrbar. \u201eIm alten System kam es manchmal zu Unstimmigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel Abweichungen zwischen dem angegebenen und dem tats\u00e4chlichen Gewicht. Das f\u00fchrte zu Verz\u00f6gerungen oder sogar zu Geldstrafen. Mit Portbase haben wir vollst\u00e4ndige Transparenz und Kontrolle. So waren alle DFDS-Niederlassungen gut auf die neuen Anforderungen vorbereitet. Das Ergebnis: eine schnelle und fehlerfreie ENS-\u00dcbermittlung f\u00fcr f\u00fcnf wichtige H\u00e4fen: drei in der T\u00fcrkei und zwei in der EU (Triest und Patras).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePortbase hat uns dabei geholfen, eine komplexe Regel\u00e4nderung in eine Chance zur Verbesserung unserer Abl\u00e4ufe zu verwandeln\u201c, so G\u00fclseven. \u201eWir verwalten unsere ENS-Meldungen nun zentral f\u00fcr mehrere H\u00e4fen und B\u00fcros. Mit diesem Dienst k\u00f6nnen Reedereien, Agenturen und Schiffsmakler Entry Summary Declarations (ENS) f\u00fcr alle europ\u00e4ischen H\u00e4fen \u00fcber eine zentrale Plattform einreichen \u2013 vollst\u00e4ndig abgestimmt auf die Anforderungen der neuen Shared Trader Interface (STI).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide has-dark-blue-background-color has-background is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-white-color\">Cargo Declaration Import<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-96bf22fbeb8e7952324aa52ab4f1963d\">Der Dienst Pre-arrival Cargo Declaration Import ist Teil des umfassenden Dienstpakets von Portbase f\u00fcr die schnelle und effiziente Abwicklung aller administrativen Verpflichtungen rund um ankommende Schiffe und Fracht.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1ca1252c9ca8ebaca059d10bcf437814\">Die ENS ist eine europ\u00e4ische Verpflichtung und Teil des Importkontrollsystems (ICS). Von jedem Massengut-, St\u00fcckgut-, Feeder- und Shortsea-Schiff, das aus dem au\u00dfereurop\u00e4ischen Ausland kommt, verlangt die Zollbeh\u00f6rde im ersten europ\u00e4ischen Anlaufhafen mindestens vier Stunden vor der Ankunft eine Erkl\u00e4rung \u00fcber alle an Bord befindlichen Waren. Auf der Grundlage dieser Angaben f\u00fchrt die Zollbeh\u00f6rde dann einen Sicherheits-Scan durch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex
