This applies to the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cargo Controller Import<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cargo Controller Export<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cargo Release Manager<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Discharge Information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspection Portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Declaration Food and Consumer Products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veterinary Inspection Process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What impact does this have on you as a user?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have implemented automation within your email client (e.g., Outlook) based on our email notifications, you will need to take action. Automation might also be set up via a mail server to link to other systems, such as a Freight Management System (FMS) or ERP. Due to this change in sender, these automated processes may no longer function as expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Therefore, please check whether adjustments are required within your organisation regarding email rules, integrations, or other automated processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What will change<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Portbase is standardizing the email addresses for its services to use the same domain. For instance, Cargo Controller Import notifications are currently sent from noreply@cargo-controller.portbase.com this will change to noreply@portbase.com.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do you have to do<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For each service, check whether you rely on references or automation based on our email notifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take steps to ensure that email notifications from the new sender continue to be processed correctly. You might consider temporarily adding a second recipient address, using the subject line, which remains unchanged, to manage the routing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-461897f4 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From when will this be adjusted?<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We expect to launch this change on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
