All Customs export documentation
Notification of Arrival Export Containers is part of the Portbase export service provision. For terminals, there will no longer be any need to take manual action at the moment a container arrives. All Customs export documentation that has been pre-notified via Portbase by exporters and forwarders is already available to you in your system.
Arrival at Exit
You can use the service Notification of Arrival Export Containers to report the arrival of cargoes subject to the EU’s Export Control System (ECS) to Customs (arrival at exit). The service also sends a reply notification in the event that Customs wishes to inspect the cargo. Then, once the inspection is complete, you will receive a message to let you know the cargo has been released.
