As the administrator of your organisation, IAMconnected is also the place for you to manage:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your organisation data&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>requests for additional Portbase services&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your organisation&#8217;s user accounts&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>With your IAMconnected account, you can log in to or request your Portbase services. You can also log in to a number of services from other selected organisations, such as the Port of Rotterdam Authority, the Dutch Pilotage Service and various Terminals. You can find a complete overview of these services at the <a href=\"#services\">bottom of this page<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How does IAMconected work?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As the main administrator, you manage your organisation&#8217;s corporate account. You create this corporate account as part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.portbase.com\/en\/register\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">registration<\/a> of your organisation. You can start this registration yourself via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iamconnected.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IAMconnected.<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the main administrator, you can request services and create additional users by adding employees to your organisation *. You can also appoint user administrators to assist you in managing the users.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Employees have access to the requested services via IAMconnected, provided they have been granted rights to do so. You can manage those rights in PCS (Port Community System).&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(*) An employee can also create an account first and subsequently submit a request to link up with your organisation. As the main administrator, you must approve these linking requests.
