Together with pilot participants, procedural features were operationally tested and a new version was developed.<\/p>\n\n<p>The design has been adapted for all users to the latest standards, with an eye on security and optimisation. User-friendliness is key. You can easily find your inspections using the new filter and search function.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Security in conformity with the latest standards;<\/li>\n<li>Extensive filter and search function;<\/li>\n<li>An Excel upload and download for bulk registration;<\/li>\n<li>Design similar to Cargo Controller;<\/li>\n<li>Optimisation regarding the management of time slots;<\/li>\n<li>Easy follow-up of inspection status.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>Going live<\/strong><br>\nThe renewed service will be available on Monday <strong>15 May 2023<\/strong> at <strong>12:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>From then on, the new service will be available and you can request inspections at inspection points <strong>from<\/strong> Thursday <strong>1 June 2023<\/strong>. This means you can plan ahead from 15 May with inspections taking place in June. In the current service, you cannot request new inspections <strong>after<\/strong> <strong>31 May 2023<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>New features<br>\n<\/strong>You will find updated knowledge articles on Support about the new features and Quick Star Guides to be prepared for the updated service in a few steps.
