We will keep you informed via the in-service messages.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>In the new service we have added traffic lights and filters make it easy to see the current status or find a group of declarations you are looking for. Also, when setting up a new declaration, you have direct insight which field you can skip or are mandatory. And, there is a direct link with the NVWA to find the exporter and importer references.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><b>Important to know:<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li data-leveltext=\"\uf0b7\" data-font=\"Symbol\" data-listid=\"2\" data-list-defn-props='{\"335552541\":1,\"335559685\":720,\"335559991\":360,\"469769226\":\"Symbol\",\"469769242\":[8226],\"469777803\":\"left\",\"469777804\":\"\uf0b7\",\"469777815\":\"hybridMultilevel\"}' aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"1\" data-aria-level=\"1\">Action needed! You should manually <a href=\"https:\/\/support.portbase.com\/en\/services\/declaration-food-and-consumer-products\/#how-do-i-change-the-organisation-details-e-g-eori-number-and-address-and-contact-details-e-g-e-mail-address-and-phone-number-that-are-sent-with-the-declaration\">change your organization details<\/a> in the service to make sure the NVWA has the right contact details. This setting can be found at the top right of the main screen under &#8216;Organisation Configuration&#8217;.
