DVA is also known as NCTS Phase 5. We will adjust the \u2018Clearance NCTS Export Containers\u2019 service to comply with the new DVA regulations. No adjustments are required on the terminal side.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>From October 29th, all transit declarations will be submitted via DVA. Declarations submitted via DVA must also be cleared in DVA using the new DVA message specifications. Declarations that were made in the old NCTS system will be cleared there.
