This release note is when your organization has switched.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><b>What does this mean for you?\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><i>Step-by-step plan for <strong>Arrival Notification Export<\/strong> (previous \u2018Notification of Arrival ECS Cargo)<\/i>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Read the<a href=\"https:\/\/support.portbase.com\/en\/kennis\/quick-start-guide-arrival-notification-export\/\"> Quick Start Guide<\/a> or watch the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.portbase.com\/en\/services\/arrival-notification-export\/\">introductory video<\/a> on the support website\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Set up email notifications and decide whether you want to select a preferred document type. The email settings from the old service are not transferred to the new service. \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Send the first arrival notification and check whether the status in the overview screen is accepted.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><i>Step-by-step plan for <strong>Cargo Declaration Export<\/strong> (previous Cargo Declaration Export Bulk)<\/i>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Read the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.portbase.com\/en\/kennis\/quick-start-guide-cargo-declaration-export\/\">Quick Start Guide<\/a> or watch the<a href=\"https:\/\/support.portbase.com\/en\/services\/cargo-declaration-export\/\"> introductory video<\/a> on the support website\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Set the aliases for the arrival locations. This is one-time work and also visible to other users within your organization\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Set up email notifications and decide whether you want to select a preferred document type. The email settings from the old service are not transfered to the new service.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Go to the &#8216;All manifests&#8217; tab and delete the manifests that have already been sent from the old service. These manifests are automatically created from the Ship Notification service. See the steps below.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Send the first manifest and check whether the status in the overview screen is accepted.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><b>Steps to delete manifests in bulk\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In &#8220;All manifests&#8221; (1), filter by Visit status &#8220;Departed&#8221; (2).\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Now check the box at the top of the manifest list (3), to select all unsent manifests for deletion.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>A button will appear &#8220;Delete [x] selected export manifests&#8221; (4). Click on this and confirm with &#8220;Delete export manifests&#8221; (5).\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-29038\" src=\"https:\/\/www.portbase.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/arrival-notification-cargo-declaration-export-afbeelding-nl-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1869\" height=\"728\"><br>\n<strong>Note<\/strong>: You can delete a maximum of 1 page of manifests at a time. If there are more pages with unnecessary manifests, repeat steps 2 and 3 until everything has been removed. If you have deleted too many draft manifestos, you can add them manually via the &#8220;New manifesto&#8221; button.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p><b>Important change for Cargo Declaration Export\u00a0\u00a0<\/b>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<p>Just like in the old service, you can also upload multiple manifests via an Excel sheet. Please note: the template has been updated.
