New screens enable terminals to respond directly to import withdrawal requests. Users see the response in the service, without having to make a phone call.

The TSD (Temporary Storage Declaration) replaces the old ATO and represents the new STD to Dutch Customs for cargo discharged in Dutch ports. Therefore, Cargo Notification Import is being adjusted to align with these new rules and processes.

From 03/26 to 12/26, we are working on more efficient coordination between container terminals and agents regarding vessel calls. We are improving the exchange of information on slots and planning, enabling parties to plan more effectively and optimize operational flow.
