New ETA functionality for trains, allowing the train’s location to be tracked from its departure point in the hinterland to arrival at the deepsea terminal and back to the hinterland

From 03/26 to 9/26, we are working on more efficient coordination between container terminals and agents regarding vessel calls. We are improving the exchange of information on slots and planning, enabling parties to plan more effectively and optimize operational flow.

Following a successful pilot in June, the new user interface for Notification Export Documentation will be rolled out to all users in phases starting in September.

Add-on to the service Declaration Food and Consumer Products for shipping agents handling veterinary transhipment cargo

A detailed specification per vessel call will now be included with the invoice. This specification provides insight into the costs associated with vessel call-related and import-related services.

Simpler user management: Portbase is updating the screens and management system to make it easier for main administrators to assign access rights and prepare new employees in advance.

Rebuild Notification Export Documentation: the service will be given a new look and feel that matches other Portbase services and will be linked to other services.

The TSD (Temporary Storage Declaration) replaces the old ATO and represents the new TSD to Dutch Customs for cargo discharged in Dutch ports. Therefore, Cargo Notification Import has been adjusted to align with these new rules and processes.

New service for the NVWA that enables the monitoring of maritime veterinary cargo based on arrival and departure information from terminals.

The new Transfer Module is a service for efficient container exchange between the Maasvlakte terminals, improving planning and flow between terminals.
