Using the filters on the service page, you can see at a glance, which service(s) are of interest to you.
This page provides more information about our subscription types. You can request a current price list at the bottom of the page.
Requesting the service
On each individual service page, you will find the option to request a service at the top right. If you are an existing customer, you can log in with your IAMconnected account. If you are a new customer, you will be directed to a page that explains the registration process.
When applying, have the contact information of your authorised signatory and financial contact person to hand. Some services require additional information such as a customs permit, EAN and/or EORI number. For a full list, see the requirements page.
After the service request
After you submit a service request, you will receive an e-mail from us with a summary of the requested service(s).
Step 1: Portbase reviews your service request
We will check your request within 24 hours. If we have any questions, we will contact you.
Step 2: The service request is presented to your authorised signatory for signature
After we approve the request, your authorised signatory will receive an e-mail containing the application form. In the case of a paid service, we will also send a direct debit authorisation. You, as the applicant, will also receive an e-mail notifying you that the application form has been sent to your authorised signatory. If we have not received a response from your authorised signatory within 48 hours, we will contact you.
Step 3: Portbase prepares your service for use
Once we have received the signed application form and, if applicable, the direct debit authorisation from your authorised signatory, we will begin to prepare the service(s) for use.
If you have chosen a web screen solution, that will take 24 hours. In the case of a system link, we are dependent on the implementation time of your IT vendor. If you have purchased a system link, you will automatically have access to the web screen*.
