After ten years with Portbase, Peter de Graaf will be leaving the organisation. As of 1 December, he will join RET as director, with responsibility for finance and IT.

Over the past decade, Peter has made a significant contribution to the development and growth of Portbase in his role as COO. Through his vision, results-driven approach and focus on innovation, he has played a key role in helping Portbase develop into a future-ready organisation.

Under his leadership, the organisation achieved major milestones, including the modernisation of the Port Community System, the transition to the cloud, and the strengthening of the digital resilience of the port logistics chain. Important progress was also made in the development of the Secure Chain, in which public and private parties collaborate to create a safer and more efficient logistics process. Together, these achievements have laid a solid foundation for Portbaseโ€™s continued development in the years ahead.

Portbase is grateful for Peterโ€™s dedication and commitment and wishes him every success and happiness in his new role at RET.
