Efficient terminal planning for feeders and short-sea vessels
With Vessel to Terminal Planning, shipping lines and agents are digitalising planning at terminals in the Port of Rotterdam. This service brings all communication together in one central location, making coordination more efficient.
This saves time, prevents errors and ensures the optimal deployment of vessels, cranes, quays and crews.

Description
Vessel to Terminal Planning provides a single platform for planning vessel visits to terminals.
The shipping line or agent digitally submits the planned terminal visits. Terminals receive the proposal, approve it or make changes.
Once the shipping line/agent and terminal have reached agreement, this pre-agreed planning becomes direct input for the official vessel notification to the Harbour Master.
