The submission of outgoing Customs manifests in the Netherlands is an extra obligation that arises from the European Union’s Export Control System (ECS). The service Cargo Declaration Export Bulk makes this easy for you.
Reuse
Through automatic re-use of data already available in the Port Community System, you can always put together a complete manifest quickly. The addition of a few items of information is all that is needed. With the touch of a button, you then send the outgoing Customs manifest to Customs. You thus do not need to make any (expensive) provisions in your own IT systems. The creation of Customs manifests happens within the Port Community System.
