Gain insight into the export process from your document pre-notification at the terminal to the departure of the ship. With Cargo Controller Export, the entire container or trailer cargo export journey is transparent, giving you control over your transport.

Service description
With this service, we support forwarders and export planners. The service gives you more insight into your export cargo proces. Portbase bundles data from shipping companies, terminals, freight forwarders, and Customs into a single overview so that you know the status of your export shipment.
Insight is provided via booking numbers.

Bennefits of Cargo Controller Export
- Insight into the logistical and customs status of the shipment to manage your planning. Including Customs status per container, ETA and ETD ship (Provided by Cargador), and the inspection type and status by Customs.
- With Premium Terminal Data, you also see the ETA, ETD, and cargo windows of the available terminals.
- Know when your equipment is on the loading list and whether it has been loaded onto the ship.
- Connect your own software (via API) to the service so you do not have to work in multiple systems.
- Receive email notifications for all your shipments or only for the shipments you track (new)

How to get connected
Cargo Controller Export is available via web screens and as an API. With the API, you can incorporate Cargo Controller Export into your own software system in accordance with your own wishes.

Costs
For participation in Cargo Controller Export you pay a fixed monthly fee of €30,00 plus €0,39 per booking number. If you connect before [date], you will not pay any connection fees. After this date, you will pay a one-time fee.€249,50 (ex. VAT).
A basic version of this service is available for shipping agents and terminals. If you are interested, please get in touch via our contact form.
To connect to a 2nd webhook, the cost is also €249.50 (ex. VAT). You can request this via the change form.
Which service suits me?
Which service suits your work depends on your needs. If you are a planner, you want to know the ship’s ETA and ETD. Cargo Controller Export is very useful to plan ahad. If you are responsible for submitting the export documentation, then Notification Export Documentation is the service you need.

More insight via Premium Terminal Data add-ons in Cargo Controller Export
Choose ‘Premium Terminal Data’ and receive additional data elements (cargo opening and closing) from deep-sea container terminals ECT, RWG and APMT. This allows you to rely on more accurate ETA/ETD, ship and cargo information.
By default, you receive freight forwarder data in the service, but with this add-on, you receive the data directly from the terminals. Do you already have Premium Terminal Data with Cargo Controller Import? Then you can use this immediately in Cargo Controller Export. The monthly subscription costs remain the same (you do not pay separately for import and export).
