IAMconnected

Safe & easy access to your digital services

24/7 safe & easy access to your digital services

Portbase uses a central login system called IAMconnected. By using IAMconnected, you can easily manage the Portbase accounts offering your employees access to the various Portbase services and a number of selected third-party services.

Product description

IAMconnected is the central login service of Portbase. As the administrator of your organisation, IAMconnected is also the place for you to manage:

  • your organisation data
  • requests for additional Portbase services
  • your organisation’s user accounts

With your IAMconnected account, you can log in to or request your Portbase services. You can also log in to a number of services from other selected organisations, such as the Port of Rotterdam Authority, the Dutch Pilotage Service and various Terminals. You can find a complete overview of these services at the bottom of this page

How does IAMconected work?

As the main administrator, you manage your organisation’s corporate account. You create this corporate account as part of the registration of your organisation. You can start this registration yourself via IAMconnected.

As the main administrator, you can request services and create additional users by adding employees to your organisation *. You can also appoint user administrators to assist you in managing the users.

Employees have access to the requested services via IAMconnected, provided they have been granted rights to do so. You can manage those rights in PCS (Port Community System).

(*) An employee can also create an account first and subsequently submit a request to link up with your organisation. As the main administrator, you must approve these linking requests. You, being the main administrator, will receive an email when a new linking request is submitted.
