Complete manifest
In the Netherlands, the submission of outgoing customs manifests is an obligation for export and re-export. Using the service Cargo Declaration Export Containers, submission is very simple.
Based on the data already available in the Port Community System, you are always presented with a complete manifest based on the loading list, including the transshipment containers. If required, you can make adjustments to the outgoing customs manifest. Then you send it to Customs with one push of a button.
You do not need to make any provisions in your own IT systems to send the outgoing Customs manifest to Customs. The creation and sending of the outbound Customs Manifest is done entirely within the Port Community System.
