The service Transit Declaration makes it easy to submit your transit declarations (T1 declarations) to Customs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any location with just a few clicks.
Service description
The Port Community System automatically prepares most of the required information for you. For agents/shipping lines, this takes place in the service Cargo Declaration Import, for forwarders/importers in the service Cargo Controller Import.
This large-scale reuse also prevents mismatches and clearance discrepancies in communication with Customs. You will also automatically receive the Movement Reference Number (MRN) from them. For regular traffic, you can also create templates in the service Transit Declaration. Making transit declarations then becomes even faster.

For a number of services, our partners in the logistical chain have established additional requirements of their own. For this service that is:
- From Customs: Permit for electronic message traffic for Customs transport & EORI-number
- From the terminals: APM Terminals MVII contract, Barge Center Waalhaven contract, ECT contract, Hutchison Ports Delta II contract & RWG contract

Cost
The fee you pay for your usage is based on your subscription:
Transit Declaration Basic
- Transaction fee €1,53 per declaration
- One-off connection fee €249,50
Transit Declaration Basic Plus
- €210,91 per month
- Transaction fee €0,40 per declaration
- No one-off connection fee
