To achieve an efficient and reliable system link, we offer support for various protocols and message formats. Depending on your needs, you select one protocol per link. Via SFTP, SMTP or AS2, you exchange messages in EDIFACT, XML or CSV format. In addition, for some services, we provide a modern API link, using the HTTP protocol, with JSON as the message format.

How do I set up a system link with a Portbase service?

Request the desired service online and choose the option: Web screens & system link*. Please include the contact details of your software supplier. It is also possible to set up the link yourself via your IT team. After a few days, Portbase will send the access keys to your chosen software supplier. The one-time connection cost is €249.50 per service.

*In addition to the system link, you also get access to the web screens at any time.

What are the advantages of a system link?

What support does Portbase offer to software suppliers?
