Integrate a service into your system

Integrating a service into your system via a system link offers direct advantages that improve your business processes. By automatically connecting systems, you not only save time, but also reduce errors and always have access to the most up-to-date information. In short, a system link makes your work more efficient, accurate and simpler.

With a system link, the data obtained can be easily reused within your organisation. This saves time and reduces the risk of errors. In this way, you work faster, more accurately and with a better overview. A system link is possible with both a Transport Management System (TMS) and a Customs Management System (DMS).

Time savings

The integration allows you to perform actions faster, while always having the correct data at your fingertips. This enables you to respond to changes in real time.

Familiar environment

A seamless integration into your own system and software, exactly the environment you already work in on a daily basis.

Secure

Always secure file exchange, ensuring the systems can communicate safely and reliably.

Different types of system links

To achieve an efficient and reliable system link, we offer support for various protocols and message formats. Depending on your needs, you select one protocol per link. Via SFTP, SMTP or AS2, you exchange messages in EDIFACT, XML or CSV format. In addition, for some services, we provide a modern API link, using the HTTP protocol, with JSON as the message format.

sFTP

  • Secure protocol for exchanging files
  • Encrypted via an SSH connection

SMTP

  • File exchange by email
  • Low-threshold solution

AS2

  • Secure, real-time exchange of documents
  • End-to-end encrypted

API

  • Real-time data traffic
  • Suitable for higher transmission frequencies

More information about system links and the associated protocols can be found here.
