Importing cargo
To take part in the Secure Chain, you need Cargo Controller or Cargo Release Manager.
Via Cargo Controller you have maximum insight into the status of your container or trailer cargo, from expected arrival times to real-time unloading information, Customs data and insight into the content of the container.
If you handle a limited number of containers, you can release import containers through the Secure chain with the free basic service Cargo Release Manger.

Prenotifying incoming cargo
Pre-arrival Cargo Declaration Import can be used for submitting an ENS notification. This is necessary when a vessel from a non-EU country enters the Netherlands as their first European port.
With Cargo Declaration Import you notify the Dutch Customs which cargo will depart the vessel in the Netherlands.

Data owners or customers
Data platform
MyData enables organisations to securely share data with customers on their own terms. The service is automatically available to all Portbase clients. Through MyData, you can manage the data access for your organisation, for example to Premium Terminal Data or to vessel data that you can receive through the Vessel Visit API.
